Working with you

Let’s build an honest, authentic and successful partnership.

Relationship Matters

We build relationships that last decades, not weeks or months.

Transparent Process

We believe that in financial planning you should plan first and invest later.

We spend our initial meetings understanding what motivates you and how you measure success.

These initial meetings are free, giving you enough time to decide whether we are the right team to work with.

Fee Flexibility

If you don’t like the service we offer, you can remove us as your wealth managers and take your assets elsewhere.

We are not precious and will help you with this process should you decide to end your relationship with us.

Our fee structures incentivise us to always treat your assets with the respect they deserve.

Transparent Fees

No fees are charged for our initial meetings. Should you decide to explore our services further, you remain in control of any fees.

Our cash flow planning services are charged on a one-off basis which we will quote to you in advance in writing, giving you the space to decide whether to proceed.

Our investment services are paid for on an ongoing basis. These fees can either be taken directly from the investment itself or paid separately by you.

Any fees will be clearly laid out in writing and completely transparent. You will always be in control.

What We Don’t Do!

We don’t charge a commission for selling you a product.

We don’t take fees from the underlying investments we recommend to you.

We don’t make any money from trading. This  means (unlike many other companies) we are not incentivised for moving your money from place to place. Our processes incentivise stability and prudence.

This processes provides assurance that we are working on your behalf, with the confidence that if we invest your money somewhere, it’s because we believe it is right for you!

Other Things That Are Important

Responsible Investing

42 Wealth Management believes in the power and the responsibility of the investment markets in the transition to a more sustainable economy.

As part of our values-driven approach we will discuss your views on what defines responsible investing and will try to align to these values. If your values conflict with ours we will explain this to you.

Financial Empowerment

There are two ways that our relationship with money can impact our mental health. Firstly, and most obviously many people find money stressful. This could be either due to the responsibility of looking after it, being responsible for the financial security of children, elderly relatives or someone vulnerable. It could also be the sense of not having enough money or the complexity and confusion involved with investing.
